Four years ago I went to Dr. Ho for an annual check up and her office coded the bill to my insurance incorrectly, and I was charged for several unnecessaryblood tests. When I contacted the office about the issue, they claimed they would change the coding but failed to do so. Eventually, a collection agencycame after me. Her office did nothing. I had a great visit with Dr. Ho. She was very thorough and had many suggestions for quality of life improvements. Only small complaint, since it was my first well visit I had to wait more than six weeks for my appointment.
