Had my first massage with Colette last week and I just booked my 2nd! I have always suffered from lower back pain and thought I needed a good "deep tissue" massage to work those knots out. Through touch, Colette discovered that my legs (especially my hamstrings) were really tight. Colette concentrated on getting these muscles to relax and I am really surprised at how much it has helped my back! I feel a lot looser and not as stiff, thank you!!
