I had orthodontic treatment as an adult and previously had no gaps or spacing issues between my teeth. I went to this office for what should have been routine cavity fillings. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, I was left with a noticeable gap between my teeth that did not exist before. I used Adam Naler for nearly 20 years. My whole family was happy there until recently they charged me 50$ for a missed appointment that I never confirmed I would show up to. What’s more they chose to turn this disputed charge into a collection firm. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had from a so called professional. We will no longer use this dental firm and I will go out of my way to spread the word about this firm being dishonest in its handling of customer accounts. I am very disappointed that this office does not value my families business. They are unprofessional to say the least. We spent many years here and they just throw us away now that they are wealthy. Sad but typical. Before they remodeled they just did dental work. Now they sell you on the fancy technology and the coffee bar.
