I took ownership of my unit in November 2022. Since then then sliding glass door has been leaking from above the door frame. I have reached out to the builder to have this fixed. The builder has been to my place over 5 times with the installer and the problem still hasn't been fixed. Since their latest attempt at stopping the problem they have created a new problem that persists almost 24/7, the door makes a horrible squealing sound. Unfortunately dealing with family member who purchased from this builder, and all I can say is be very cautious. Coletara is a like a cancer on the building in Hamilton Ontario.
Live at 15 Queen St S in Hamilton with my girlfriend who purchased. Building is not completed over a year after occupancy, and what is completed is often sloppy. Very concerned if Coletara will be able to complete this building, and she regrets purchasing from them.
Didnt notify me that my unit was closing only 6 days away after almost 5 years of waiting. Price gougers 40K for a single parking spot.
