Unfortunately dealing with family member who purchased from this builder, and all I can say is be very cautious. Coletara is a like a cancer on the building in Hamilton Ontario.
Live at 15 Queen St S in Hamilton with my girlfriend who purchased. Building is not completed over a year after occupancy, and what is completed is often sloppy. Very concerned if Coletara will be able to complete this building, and she regrets purchasing from them.
Didnt notify me that my unit was closing only 6 days away after almost 5 years of waiting. Price gougers 40K for a single parking spot.
