Dr. Coles was absolutely incredible. After being completely dismissed by a psychiatrist from Calgary Psychiatry in the first 15 minutes of a 50 minute online appointment, I was recommended here by my therapist. From the first appointment (which was face-to-face!) I could tell Dr. Coles genuinely cared and took my thoughts and concerns seriously, getting to know me not just as a patient but as a person.
