This park is well managed, stays pretty quiet and is cleaned up everyday by the two maintenance guys. Both maintenance guys are there to fix the problem as soon as it is brought to their attention. Office lady’s are easy to work with and are there to answers any questions you have. Neighbors are nice and friendly.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Iowa River Mobile Home Community, and my experience was greatly enhanced by the exceptional team. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! WORST MANAGEMENT IN IOWA CITY! Won't enforce rules. Dogs bark all day and night. Residents fill their yards with cars and trucks. If you complain, then YOU become the problem, not the issue you have complained about. They will claim you owe money. When it's PROVEN to be their accounting errors. (THIS IS A FACT). They DONT HAVE A STORM SHELTER BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE over 300-400 Residents. THIS IS A BAD ,BAD ,BAD PLACE and getting worse . I RECOMMEND REGENCY OVER THIS POORLY RAN PLACE.
I lived at Iowa River MHP for 25 years. I've seen many changes during that time, the most progressive of which is occurring right now. The current management being led by Damary Torres is forward thinking, people driven, and desires a wholesome place and a thriving park for all to enjoy.
