STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! WORST MANAGEMENT IN IOWA CITY! Won't enforce rules. Dogs bark all day and night. Residents fill their yards with cars and trucks. If you complain, then YOU become the problem, not the issue you have complained about. They will claim you owe money. When it's PROVEN to be their accounting errors. (THIS IS A FACT). They DONT HAVE A STORM SHELTER BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE over 300-400 Residents. THIS IS A BAD ,BAD ,BAD PLACE and getting worse . I RECOMMEND REGENCY OVER THIS POORLY RAN PLACE.

Moved in not that long ago and it has been a great first home. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Maintenance kept up nicely.
