I took my car in today because the ball and joint in my highlander sounded "crunchy." I also need an oil change. Chad called me back this morning stating i needed sway bar inlink and the price. We said ok. He put the equipment on it and then called and said, "hey, that did not fix it." We are going to give you the new install free?? I said oh my gosh you guys are awesome. This place "knocked our socks off" with their caring and respectful service. Our Honda CRV broke down an hour and a half from home on a Thursday night in August. Based on online reviews we decided to have it towed to Cole's. The person who worked on the car was Chad, and although this was not a scheduled service appointment, and it was a busy Friday in his shop, he worked hard to diagnose the problem, ultimately concluding it needed a software upgrade that only a dealer could provide. Chad took great care of two of our cars. He did not try to upsell us at all and even offered multiple options at different price points. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Great service, these guys know Hondas for sure. I got brakes done, they were fast and reasonably priced. Recommend highly!
Chad is great. I had to drop my car off after he was closed for the day and by the time I had called in the morning he had already identified the issue and ordered the necessary part and ended up having the car ready by that afternoon. Can't recommend Chad and Cole's Import's enough.
