Chad took great care of two of our cars. He did not try to upsell us at all and even offered multiple options at different price points. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Great service, these guys know Hondas for sure. I got brakes done, they were fast and reasonably priced. Recommend highly!
Chad is great. I had to drop my car off after he was closed for the day and by the time I had called in the morning he had already identified the issue and ordered the necessary part and ended up having the car ready by that afternoon. Can't recommend Chad and Cole's Import's enough.
I am delighted to now know about Cole's Imports. My 2012 Mazda 5 Sport is now in the best hands in Charlottesville. Chad is super responsive and patient with questions. They truly work with the car owner to reach the best outcome. Car maintenance can be stressful, yet Cole's makes the process pleasant. I highly recommend this business!
