The store is well kept and prices are good. You get quality product here. However, some of the staff could do better at customer service. It’s disheartening to walk into the store and hear them laughing and making fun of their customers. Only one of the three present in the store were not engaging in that behavior and trying to actually help the customers. So it’s not all of them just a few, and I appreciate that one for their kindness and aid. Hopefully this was a one off thing and they were just having an off day.
Coles, regardless of the location, is always the place to go for any and all of the home, garden, or other project supplies. My trip today was to grab a few M8 1.25 Allen head bolts for my motorcycle. If you need it, chances are Coles has it.
