I placed an online order for platters 5 days before pick up online for a large import event. In the afternoon before the pick up date and party they were all cancelled via a text message saying there had been a 'system error', the whole order, no assistance with trying to source another Coles store to make the platters...we were down nearly $200 and stressed to the max!
