If I could give zero stars, I would. We should've known something was shady about James 'Jim' Cole, when he asked for a 50% deposit up front for our cabinet job, then went directly to the bank to cash our check within the hour. Our initial 2 to 4 week job, has now turned into over 2 months without completion, and only some dropped off half-built cabinet boxes and doors taking up space in our garage. Cole's Custom Cabinets has given new meaning to the term "poor customer service". After starting a project promised to be completed in five weeks, four months have now passed. Unreturned phone calls, messages, and emails, as well as lame excuses have been the norm. They have been unreliable, disrespectful, arrogant, and dishonest. If there was any way to rate this outfit with less than one star, I would have done so.
