Observed your dump truck driver on Interstate 481 this morning not obeying the Slow Down Move Over law for disabled vehicle. I lost a friend 2 years ago to this type of negligence. Education about this law is key to everyone going home alive at the end of the day. Please do better. (I have dash cam video of the incident showing clearly that there was way more than ample room to observe the law)
