Went to Cole’s Auto Body Repair for a tiny paint scratch, windshield fix, and wipers. They quoted me $1,400 to almost $1,600 — $500 for unnecessary paint and $600–$700 just to replace my windshield and “replace” my motor, even though another shop said the motor was perfectly fine and just needed to be refitted. That other shop did the motor, fixed the paint, drilled my license plate, and fitted my wipers all for free, plus the wipers were only $200.
