Do not give them a deposit to hold a camper for you. It is supposed to be refundable but we gave them $1000. We decided against getting the camper. They sold the other camper we were looking at. They keep telling us to call if it isn’t in our account the next day. Still waiting to get our money back. We keep calling and even went to the business. Been a month.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Bought a brand new 2027 Jayco Redhawk and later discovered the TV didn't work and they was no hot water! Jayco and Blue Compass both were slow to fix the issues with us taking the RV back multiple times for them.to trouble shoot again! The miles on our motorhome was taking it back to be serviced. They are all about selling but not fixing! Many times we were there and the man who sold to us, Tom wouldn't even acknowledge us! Do not buy from them!
Giving one star because of the service department. We all need to ask for the average service turn around time prior to purchasing an RV. Around 3 years ago we purchased a new Grand Design Imagine from this dealer. We noticed when we picked it up the oven was not working (even though it was checked off on the checklist). We used the RV for a short period of time and took it back in for some repairs. It took quite some time to get approval for the factory warranty work. The camper was there for a couple months.
