Saw some nice RVs here. However, many of the used RVs were in poor condition. Several hadn't been properly cleaned and had unpleasant odors. It was clear that little care had gone into preparing many of the used units before putting them up for sale.
Joe Rebello was easy to work with. Overall a good experience
Not real happy with this place looked at other campers, was told we were approved, even gave it down. Payment wasted all our time for nothing. Obviously, they don't have enough people that's able to finance had excuses. Why someone couldn't get back to me actually, had to call them to get in touch with somebody. The person that actually showed me the camper I was getting railroaded by not getting his commission. Rude service dept. They are a Dometic dealer and I brought in a dead fridge under warranty. They refused to look at it because it’s ‘marine’ and not their policy to work on marine products. Ok, I get that. But it’s the same technology. I had already spoken to Dometic and they said any dealer could make a warranty claim. All they had to do was make a warranty claim with Dometic and help me out. It wasn’t because there were busy - 4 employees standing around the service desk and no other customers in the shop. If you’re looking to buy a Rv of any kind, Blue Compass of Delaware is the place to go!! Joe, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about their products and their operation. Took his time with us and we found exactly what we were looking for!!! He answered all our questions. We decided to finance our trailer. The financing was a breeze, and a lot of fun.
