Nate and Ian arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix, which was a relief. However, the next day the guys came back and provided "options" with pricing for different products and services we might want to add and fix. The options and pricing presented were on a lined notepad with no details provided and no copy for me to keep. I ended up taking a photo of the page.
