My contract was not executed upon and I'm being told that communication has ended. I'm in collections by the IRS and IDOR. My bookkeeping was not completed. This has been a huge disappointment as I was paying 5K a year and it will likely cost that much to clean it up.

I am genuinely jealous of the people who were able to leave 5 star reviews. I started this process in January by booking a meeting with Kanisha for Feb 2nd which she failed to call me. Despite the multiple emails I received reminding me of the meeting, she claimed she never saw the meeting on her calendar. After investing $500 on their services, it’s been 5+ months and still have no resolve. The first 3 months started as lack of communication and multiple excuses, eventually they completely stopped replying. It’s been two months and countless attempts to reach out, no one has replied. Would not recommend their services. & Hopefully this serves as a growth point for them.
