Great service and friendly staff.
First off, everyone I’ve dealt with at Coleman’s are awesome cool people, and as far as their work, they go above and beyond, they treat you like family, take excellent care of you and your vehicle, they are incredible, absolutely recommend, the staff at Coleman’s are the best, I won’t go anywhere else for my automotive repair needs, Thank you!!!
If I could give it less than one star I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND , I took my car here because of all the previous positive reviews apparently there is new owners that took over about 8 wks ago. I had called them a week prior trying to see availability to get my water pump on ford explorer checked and replaced I asked when could I make an appt and they told me to bring it on Monday drop it off that they had opening so I did , mind you I cannot drive my car because it would ruin the transmission so I had to have hauled there. We have used Coleman’s for years but with the new owners -no more! My 82 year old father went to pick up our vehicle as a favor to me. After asking if the vehicle was ready, He was told that there was nothing wrong with it. As he began to explain the issue, he was told to shut up twice. Who does this to an elderly gentleman? We’ve tried to always support small businesses in our town but when someone treats customers like this then our support is not needed.
