Dr. Coleman has gone out of his way to help care for my family and others. He is kind and generous and very understanding. His medical knowledge is great and thankful for his care.
Dr Coleman seems to be a good doctor and has minimal issues addressing questions or concerns during a visit. If assistance is needed when the patient is not at an appointment, one can expect to make numerous follow-up calls and re-faxes to receive the proper authorizations and information. The support personnel does a horrible job of responding timely to all parties whether it be the patient, pharmacy, insurance company or other medical provider.
I have always loved Dr. Coleman but I called to make an appt today and his receptionist was very rude and unprofessional she would not even let me schedule a checkup. I have never been treated like this before at his office, so I will be seeing Dr. Chico from now on. I called his office and they were very professional and friendly.
