Wasted my time! I needed the glass changed the same day and they assured it could be done around 2pm. By 4 I called to ask for an update and JR told me he was calling the tech and would call me right back. Well he didn’t so I called back and he said he forgot to call me back. At 5pm I called back to see when they were showing up. Again the same thing, they were going to check with the tech and call me back. 30min later I had to call cause he forgot to call me back again!
