Spoke to them online about their closing down sale in regards to a set of tyres. Did a bit of research on the brand and decided it wasn’t for me. Needed something more well known and reliable and this is the response I got. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Was very condescending and adamant their shitty china brand tyres were amazing and everyone else was lying to me
Very disappointed in the service I received. After receiving a quote and confirmation of opening hours yesterday (Friday) for a strip, fit and balance service for today (Saturday); I arrived today to be told that the quote wouldn't be honoured and was charged a full 50% more per tyre.
Tyres are a great price (New and Secondhand), friendly and fast service. I have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so for years to come.
Had a tyre fitted today through their mobile fitting service, was fast and professional so couldn’t ask for more
