When I originally went to Coleman, 3 of the fingers of my right hand were inflamed, painful and bent with osteoarthritis. After a month the inflammation was minimal, subsequently (4 months) the inflammation is gone and although the fingers are still bent, they are much straighter than they were and when I lift weights, I have my grip back!
