Must avoid, this man only has one job but failed it. When laziness combined with arrogance, there is no way he is think about costumer’s benefit.
He's a great person & I met him when Mom & Sam were in Law School, 1977 -80. He has a sharp team as he did at Winston, Coleman, Bernholtz, in the NCNB bldg on Franklin across from Carolina Coffee Shop. His Dad, Lonnie was stately and very nice. I need a photo of the attorney. Look for a gentleman w a smile, but will be going to work, so share the sidewalk - he's busy. Go by his office in downtown Hillsborough.

Communication is largely through email, and if you miss any portion of email instructions it will come back to haunt you both financially and legally.
