Front desk staff is SO rude, it actually makes you not want to schedule an appointment. Their staff doesn’t create a care plan for you, I went for 8 months and they made me 1. Withdrawal from my medication by cold turkeying it on its highest dose, 2. When you go to schedule to make sure your meds are filled, good luck! You’ll have to wait 5-6 weeks for an NP, and then put me on an antipsychotic for ADHD. Actually the worst place I’ve ever gone to, if I could give a lower rating I would. Rude customer service Very short over the phone and was not helpful at all in making and explaining what needed done before being accepted into their office.
