To Caring About Other People Abby is a very good lawyer. She knew exactly what she needed to do with my case and I didn't really have to do a thing! She keep me updated with how things were going and before my court date she was able to let me know exactly what to expect. Disrespetful Teen I got A. Pratt as a court appointed attorney. I was worried she would do like the rest I had seen and not are. I WAS WRONG she knew her laws and matter of a fact way let me know very quickly that the main charge should and would be dismissed. After only hearing my story. SHE WAS RIGHT! It went into trial and there she faced a burden of proof , which she exacted from the states witness list. We had only my ex husband and no time to subpoena him. family law I went to The law office of John B Coleman and Abbey C Pratt attorney's at law last week. I was told to fill out a paccket of papers and my appointment would be the following week. I did talk to the paralegal or secretary that does the intake. I was not told that her fee was upfront and a flat fee of 850.00. When I did talk to Abbey Pratt she was unable to give me anyother fee amount if I did all the research to assist in the location of the person to be served on my case, to reduce some of the costs.
