At first, we thought don was a nice man that would have our pool liner fixed in the middle of May. It is now the end of June and we still do not have our pool liner and have to fire him. Don has 1 excuse after another, saying the pool liner machine is broken and the pool liner material is out of stock. He said he ordered the pool liner begging of June and we just recently found out he never ordered the pool liner. One star is not low enough. My neighbor has had a giant hole in his yard for 2 years. Yes, thats right, 2 years. The water and mud is flooding our backyard and now there is a massive pile of gravel spilling onto our driveway. I highly recommend NOT using this company, if it is even a company.
Don was very nice the first time we spoke. He’s not a person to keep his word though. (At least that’s my experience with him) he said he’d come 4 times but would not give a specific date and time. ..he’d just say “this weekend” or “this week” he hasn’t shown up. Each time we spoke it was one excuse after another. This last time I called he didn’t answer but called me back asking for someone else.. when he realized it was me he rushed me off the phone. He was a no show last Saturday. I called him and he said he would be there this Saturday again no SHOW!
