I attended a minor eye clinic at Coleman's as l had an eye infection which came on days before l went on holiday abroad. This was arranged via NHS minor eye clinic program & treatment was free under this. The investigation & treatment l received from Dr Hope was excellent who even arranged an appointment at the Norfolk & Norwich Eye Clinic the next day to double check my condition due to going on holiday abroad.
My daughter and I were very well looked after from start to finish by every member of staff we interacted with. Thank you all so much once again.
Very disappointed. I have booked appointment, got a confirmation email, called a day before to confirm and then arrived to find out that it has not been booked.
