These people do care about customer satisfaction satisfaction. I called them about the horrible job they did and Kim told me that is how they work. Don't use them.!
If I could give 1/2 star this is what was deserved. First year hiring someone to do our lawn and it was a terrible experience. They didn’t show up for 2 weeks and so we called and were told by a very rude receptionist that they were at our home the previous Friday. Well, if you’re going to lie about times and circumstances, make sure your customers don’t have ring cameras surrounding their home.
