Customer service rep was rude about the issue of a kawasaki tune up kit listed, with pictures of kawasaki filters, and no description saying oem replacement. Expecting genuine kawasaki parts, instead sad to see off brand replacement. Please advertise correctly and work on being not being rude
Very sweet people, fun , knowledgeable, helpful, always smiling. If they can't get it sell it or fix it they will tell you straight away and not play games about it.
