We have used Scott and his team for multiple projects in the last 12 months. Scott sets the time line, expectations and budget and has met these every time. I have referred him to many people including my neighbor who had a big project done by Scott. He is my contractor of choice for sure!
This review is intended only as a buyer beware review. I have left out the emotional aspects (but being left at the altar, so to speak, did sting). The lesson learned from our experience with Scott or any contractor is to ask to see the contract up front. Now the details….. Scott did a great job working with us on a large bathroom renovation during the planning stages that took a couple of months. Scott and his team do everything the right way- pure and simple.
Coleman Home Services just recently finished a huge screened in deck project for us. The owner Scott had excellent communication throughout the whole process. His 2 master carpenters did impeccable work, were always on time, friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves after each day of work. I highly recommend them, and would hire them again in a heart beat for any future projects.
Scott has been a great contact and did a MAGNIFICENT job on my home. Please consider him for your next project!
