I had a terrible experience with Coleman Heating and Air. My air condition went out 2 weeks ago and it was over 86 degrees inside my house. Coleman was assigned by my rental company to address the issue and was supposed to come out on Tuesday. The technician called me once from a personal number and left no voice or text message. I was on the phone with my rental agency all week trying to find out what was going on before finally looking up there number online and leaving a message.
