I just use the self serve car wash for the first time, within the Radcliff Kentucky area and when I applied $6.00 from my card to the car wash. All I got were the presoak suds and no water being dispensed. I duplicated this process with another $6.00 from my card, in the hopes of at least getting my vehicle rinsed off, with no luck. while in the car wash.
