Unprofessional to say the least. Scheduled an appointment which was a month out, then 2 days prior THEY CALL AND CANCEL IT saying they would call again with a new date. And guess what? No return call to Schedule again as they stated. I've heard several horror stories about added fees and repeatedly that there glasses are cheap quality and never fit right. Makes me wonder if they are not buying and reselling 2nds. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE
they treat you good the frist time but repeat customer's they treat them like trash in my opinion like a bunch of cattle at a auction barn in my opinion well never go back buyer's beware in my opinion they just dont have time for you and they push you too the side in my opinion
Great staff and easy to make appointments. Wish they had a little more selection of medicaid frames but overall very nice!
