Josh one of their sales guys tried to pose as a buyer on a machine we had for sale on FB market to try and sell one of their machines as a trade. Clearly stated in the ad that we were not interested in trades. Did not explain or try to convey who he represented. Very underhanded tactic. Definitely will not be considering them when we purchase a new tractor in the future
Fixed my order in 10 secinds no problem. Great service
Difficult to order online. Must create an account. Then it won't accept my valid phone number saying it is invalid. Called. Outrages shipping charges for a 1 lb piece of plastic. Nope.
