Horrible customer service. Have a scag cheetah II that needs a new engine after only 18 hours but Kawasaki won’t cover it with warranty. Service manager is not friendly, their staff seems bothered to provide any updates at all after having a mower for 3 weeks and still no resolution. Hoping someone will take some more notice and fight harder for customers to do the right thing

Had my mower for 2 weeks before looking at it. They called me l asked what was wrong because they couldn't find anything. They still managed to charge me $100 and claimed to have tighted a couple bolts. My mower is still broke and they offered to fix it again but would charge me more.
Got me in and out same day which was more than I expected. A big thanks to the good ppl at coleman equipment... give Charles a raise 😆 🤣 😂
