Had my mower for 2 weeks before looking at it. They called me l asked what was wrong because they couldn't find anything. They still managed to charge me $100 and claimed to have tighted a couple bolts. My mower is still broke and they offered to fix it again but would charge me more.

This has the worst customer service ever The salesman Matt here is the worst when he does not explain things correct he gets upset and swearing at me. and then does not want to finish the sale , i have never been treated this way when i am buy almost $8000 in cash and just trying to ask questions and he goes off on me, i asked for manager and there was not one told them to call me and still have not called me and we are going 2 weeks. i was given them the proper time to call and still not calling that's why i am written this... read more
