I bought a Coleman tent and they installed a cheap zipper that does not stay closed. It is a cheap zipper that should never be part of a tent. They made a cheap product and now does not stand behind the product saying too bad. Do not buy a Coleman tent. I called customer service and they were horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then hung up on me.

Customer satisfaction is not a priority at Coleman. They will lie and steal to get your money. The service department is incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. Parts associates are untrained and can not navigate their own website. Spend your money elsewhere. You’ll be money ahead

Service department-terrible communication, service writer has little to no experience interpreting customer needs. Gouged me for $365, had tractor for a week, did 1 hour of work. Never called to inform me of anything, instead texted vague messages. I feel lucky they didn’t ruin my machine before I got it back. Take my advice, spend your hard earned money somewhere customer satisfaction is important. Coleman is certainly not that place.

I purchased a front bonnet assembly from Coleman Equipment and it arrived with a bent side. They want ME to pay shipping BOTH WAYS for a replacement part. The part was over $200 and the return shipping to them on their account $66.40 and then they want me to pay another $21.44 to have the replacement part shipped. So THEY send a defective part and I get to pay an extra $87.84. I think that either Coleman or Kubota should be paying the shipping - it was their mistake, not mine. So I've purchased parts for my old Kubota from Coleman the last couple of years with varying amounts of success, but like many, continued to do so. On August 7th I ordered a part for the tractor for $136.00 that I absolutely needed. On August 12th I received a notification from my credit card that there was a refund form Coleman for the same amount. No previous word or email, just the notification from the card company. I just spent over $40,000 on a tractor, loader and forks at their Smithville location. I also purchased an extended warranty for $2,200. When I received the tractor there was no rod leveler for the bucker. So I called Coleman, both the salesman Matt and the owner. They said I would have to buy the rod leveler for $75, after I just spent over $40,000. This is simply amazing to me. What a lack of customer support or appreciation. If I had known I would have gotten this kind of response I would have never purchased ... read more

the service has gone bad recently. parts were missing in both seal kits. i got the "run-around" for 3 weeks now, and finally got the " there's nothing that we can do about it". so machinery down while waiting and then that? i should have moved on and just bought the parts locally and not waited on them, thanks Dean for costing me time!

A couple of days ago, I ordered a couple of Kubota parts on line that I urgently needed. Upon their arrival, I realized that incorrectness of the Parts. I called and spoke with the Parts Manager, Bob Barker, and I tell you, he jumped right into action and got the problem solved and the correct parts shipped quickly! Mistakes happen, but thanks to the excellent service by COLEMAN Equipment, I was back in business with only MINIMAL delays. Thank you Bob.
