We recently used Coleman Cesspool Service, East Patchogue, for pumping out the septic system and chemicals and aeration of the cesspool. We also had them raise the access lids to each to make future access easier. We are pleased with the work they did and for this large amount of work, the price was very reasonable. I am incredibly upset with how this company conducted business with my parents - an elderly couple in their 80's. On November 18, 2018 the company was employed to clean the cesspool. My parents opened the gate to the rear yard and secured it open so the truck could have easy access. Prior to the work being performed, the gate was in perfect condition. In response to your comment: We discussed this with your mother via telephone. There was excessive wind that day, and the fence blew their gate open. We sent one of our respresentatives to their home, who spoke to them in person after your mother called. Pictures were taken, and there were no marks indicating that the truck hit the fence in the pictures. Had the truck hit the fence there would have been some sort of marks indicating it had been hit, which it did not show at all. This was discussed with them at that time. Dam... read more
