Should have gone to Kirk & Chad's on K Street. Honest, reliable and used to be with Fenton Dealership but much cheaper.
After paying for an estimate, additional work was performed without approval and I was charged more than $250 MORE than the highest estimate amount without even being contacted. When I brought this up to the owner he became rude and belligerent. He never once apologized for their failure to notify of additional repairs needed or failure to obtain approval to complete additional repairs since it would be substantially more than the quote for which I was also charged.
