My experience with Coleman Auto Body has been extremely frustrating, mainly because of their terrible customer service. Every time I call for an update, the woman at the front desk is rude, disrespectful, and has even raised her voice at me. The way she speaks is so unprofessional that it actually makes me uncomfortable to even call about my own vehicle. No customer should feel that way when simply asking for information.
