Avoid if you can. Really bad service and zero accountability.
Was estimated for a 4-week repair time, no calls or updates from business when it ended up taking 6 weeks. Picked up car and there was 0 gas in the tank, dropped off with plenty. Had to request they put in a gallon so I could drive to the nearest station. Repairs were NOT complete at time of pickup. Steering wheel not property aligned and need to bring back to have adjusted. Would not recommend for collision repair
My car was at Coleman auto body shop for nearly six months due to a manufacturer parts shortage, and Greg was my primary point of contact throughout the process. Greg was exceptionally patient in answering all of my calls and emails. He was proactive in searching for missing parts every week, checking both aftermarket sources and original manufacturer dealers to move the repair forward. Greg clearly prioritizes the customer and is exceptional at what he does. I truly appreciate his support during this lengthy repair process.

Brilliant, exceptional, really one of the best customer service. Ready few negative reviews and thought this is not the place to get my Deer hit CRV fixed, But Then, I talked to Bill Neumann, he just requested to visit once n that was moment of faith i trusted and did not have to repent at all. Car fixed n delivered before ETA. Entire team was really customer oriented n focussed. Tanya n the other colleague of hers(my bad memory) and special thanks to Mr Bill.
