AVOID! the absolute worst customer service with zero communication. everything was fine up to and including Feb 24 when they loaded my stuff to move me from orlando to arizona. last thing driver said “ i’ll deliver to your new home march 4. “. march 3 and no word from driver. i text him. no response. i email Jackie in office. “ drivers dispatcher says he’s delivering on march 7 “. i text driver again- are you coming the 4th or the 7.th. on march 4 driver calls me - he will be there at 8am on the 7th. at 7am morning of march ... read more

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with FERNANDO’S packer crew and N’JARI’S mover crew from Coleman Worldwide Movers! Their professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork were beyond impressive. Horrible experience. We paid almost $10,000 and the service was terrible. Packing crew mixed every room into different boxes. They threw our hanging clothes in regular boxes instead of wardrobe cartons. The loading crew damaged our recliner sofa, dining room hutch and TV /stereo cabinet. They did not secure our sofa beds and left shelves in place to bang around in transit. Very unprofessional.
