Unacceptable performance. Military beware. Our PCS move began with a scheduled packing date that became a no-call, no-show. Communication throughout the move was poor, arrival times changed repeatedly, and we often had to contact the company ourselves to determine when crews would arrive. The most serious issue occurred during pickup.
