Missy Kubik has made our moving experience with Coleman and Allied Van Lines thus far seamless and uncomplicated. She is an excellent and readily available company representative and communicator. She carefully toured every room in our house and provided us with a thorough itemized list of our belongings and a fair price estimate. In addition, she has been very flexible if moving dates potentially need to be altered. We value her professionalism and client-friendly attitude. First class.
Missy came to the house for a quote. I asked for 2 quotes, one with full packing services, one without. Despite her hearing my wife and I discuss their breakables half packing option and saying it was something we definitely were not interested in at all - she tried her best to push that option onto a quote. I had to tell her no and to remove it more than 3 times before she finally did. She also did not wear shoe covers despite me taking my shoes off and telling her we had new carpet.
