This was by far the worst move we’ve experienced—and unfortunately, we’ve had some bad ones. I’ve never taken the time to write a review before, but this experience with Coleman was so disappointing, I felt it was necessary to share. The problems began during the packing phase in Florida. One of the packers, Erika, was incredibly unprofessional and slow. When my wife and I provided pizza for lunch as a courtesy, she actually complained about it. Nightmare experience. Team did not inventory my belongings when leaving my home, told me they would do it when unloading at the warehouse - of course that didn't get done. Multiple items damaged/terribly stained, destroyed in multiple pieces or just flat our missing. And to top it off customer support person Sam Hart has not gone non responsive. Terrible terrible company.
