Shea and Caden Connelly were the best movers I’ve had in 12 years in the military and 8 PCS moves. He is a true professional who takes obvious pride in his craft. He went the extra mile during every step of our move and cared for our belongings as if they were his own.

This was by far the worst move we’ve experienced—and unfortunately, we’ve had some bad ones. I’ve never taken the time to write a review before, but this experience with Coleman was so disappointing, I felt it was necessary to share. The problems began during the packing phase in Florida. One of the packers, Erika, was incredibly unprofessional and slow. When my wife and I provided pizza for lunch as a courtesy, she actually complained about it. Their packers arrived hours late each day and split out early each day except moving day. They showed up after noon and left at 3am. Multiple items were thrown onto the truck before being labeled or properly packaged. They violated our moving agreement by splitting our shipment into two trucks and had each sitting at a warehouse for weeks. We were supposed to have a house to house delivery.
