When we were packed out the packers said the movers would finish packing on moving day and we trusted them… Then we got a call from the driver asking us to move everything downstairs so it’s ready to go ( no moving company has ever asked us to do the work for them before)…. So we did it. On moving day they did not “pack” the rest of our stuff so we ended up having to scramble and bring move with us resulting in maxing out our load.
