We were allocated our AC repair to Coleman Air through our extended home warranty company and our experience with them was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and super helpful. Quick to make and keep an appointment with a fantastic technician by the name of Charles. He was detailed, patient and extremely communicative about what he needed to do as well as providing accurate and definite timelines for the repair. We recently had an issue with our AC - the unit was running but no air was blowing. We reached out to Coleman AC and Kayla came out the same day to take a look at our system. She quickly figured out that the issue was being caused by our PC board. She was able to get the part quickly and get it fixed up and back to working in no time.
