I have a wonderful councilor that helps build me up and also work though trauma I been able to work though trauma build better sense of self. Very supportive though some very difficult times In my life. Definitely 10 out of 10
They will make sure you trust them, they will make this "work plan" with you and it will never get done because they will make sure they make you think you are doing great, but deep down you'll still feeling bad, you'll keep going there, and they will keep taking your money and you will end up being miserable. I wasted a year going there and I lost my wife because of this horrible counseling place. My best advice, find a place with a really good reputation. Otherwise you will end up being miserable.
