She is great. She gives her all to her patients
Dr. Hart is good, but the during the several calls I've made to her office to simply refill a prescription or other concerns, the staff have been rude and impatient, and even the slightest inconvenience is met with frustration. As a healthcare worker myself, I think it's a shame that such a lack of decency is the first impression patients receive when contacting Dr. Hart's office. Please do better.
Both of my children see Dr. Hart and she has taken incredible care of them. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns. We would definitely recommend her to everyone.
The past couple of times I went there I was pretty much gaslighted by her. I was sick but she was more concerned why I was wearing all black. She asked me my favorite food I said salad and she laughed at me and said I know it’s cake. I got really upset, mind you I’m on anxiety and depression medicine. She didn’t care she made me upset. It was a horrible experience. I see her nurse practitioner but if I’m ever to see her again I’ll find a new doctor before I ever see her again.
