Wow! Such a sweet little coffee shop. The girl who took my order had the most positive energy and it made my first time here a great experience. You don’t find kindness everywhere and was nice to be met with friendliness. Their coffee is beyond! The cold brew in its own was so delicious, but they have a little sweetener/creamer bar that you can add to your liking. I’ve tried to give this colectivo multiple chances, but they have continued to disappoint. If you’re lucky you might get your drink in about 10 minutes, otherwise, there have been times where I’ve waited 30 minutes for my order which is absolutely ridiculous. Save some time and money and go to any of the other coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. Even Starbucks is better than this place.
Usually the staff is pretty friendly and welcoming lately. The service has been flat and not kind at all. I tried calling the cafe to let them know the croissant egg and pesto sandwich I ordered was burnt and not enjoyable at all. Like the worst I ever had from them. The call keeps dropping and not allowing me as if they are not taking calls at this cafe. Not helpful at all. It's just sad when you spend a lot of money and this is your go to spot only for it not to be up to par for the cost of the sandwiches. smh!
