Fatal defect is the tiny joke mugs they give you when you ask for a mug of coffee, barely larger than an espresso shot. I would have needed three to enjoy my muffin. Change that and it may be a cafe like it used to be. Otherwise, maybe it's good for something, but I like to drink coffee, so I'm going to skip it. May sound petty, but it really does ruin everything.
Inefficiencies - extremely slow. Forgetting order.
Took about 30 minutes to get my espresso drink. Understand they are busy but would have appreciated a heads up when ordering so that I wasn’t late to my plans for the day
