7am, only 2 people in line- Clerk asked me 2x my name. I ordered one latte. I waited 15 min while they filled app orders. Then they set a drink out and called out for Karen. Maybe she really didn't understand what I said, maybe she thought she was being funny, or maybe she was just being mean? My name is not Karen.
