They have terrible customer service. The women at the office and desk is very very rude and demeaning. They opened our pool charged us and didn’t even set it up to work right. I would Never recommend this company. I will never walk into that business again. Terrible
After taking payment for pool water they were unable to deliver in time frame they gave me so I was told to call some one else and they would refund me. After calling another company and scheduling with them I look out my window the next morning to see coleco filling my pool....the day after I canceled my order. I receive a phone call later to collect payment. I haven't seen a refund in my account yet and they want payment again! They want me to tie up $700 and "trust them" that they processed the refund?! What can I say these folks go the extra mile for their customers if you need help they are there for you I want to say thank you Brian and company for coming out to help me this morning. They worked in the rain to help me with my pool. A big thanks to Elaine in the office helping me with setting up the schedule to get this done. Thanks Dennis
