Our company purchased a CF-110-HS. Had a problem with the metal hose cracking and called customer service. Their costumer service lacks in assisting the customer. First the gentleman did not mention his name and when I asked, replied with an question- "why, what do want"! Then he could not provide information of any companies that provide replacement parts (without them order overseas) except for- look in the phone book! I strongly suggest reconsidering this company.
