Dave and Brian always treat me like family when I need to come in. They ask after my family, they're all smiles, and they keep me informed every step of the way. The service center gets my car done incredibly fast, and (even if prices are a bit high, it's a Subaru, that's expected) they keep me informed about any pricing changes and they're totally transparent about everything their people do.
